How do I receive my basket?

Local delivery is available in Greater Grand Rapids. For West Michigan hand delivery outside of Greater Grand Rapids, please email info@basketbowtiquemi.com for a quote, otherwise shipping charges will apply.

Shipping is available Nationwide.

Rush shipping and Holiday Delivery is available for an additional $50

Worldwide shipping available. Price will be quoted based on destination, contents and address.

What is the turnaround time?

For customized baskets one week notice is preferred, but the more time we have to shop for you will be beneficial. Please reach out once you have your date in mind. Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days.

Premade and corporate singular baskets are available within 24 hours.

For weddings, one month notice is required.

Rush curation is available for an additional fee.

What are the basket costs?

Because no basket is alike, prices average $100-$300. We can make larger baskets for any occasion. Message us for more info.

Seasonal Mini baskets are available for $100

Al la carte items are available as Add On to any basket

Can my basket include alcohol?

Yes. All alcohol is complimentary when included in a basket and subject to ID verification upon receipt.

Do you offer any promo codes or discounts?

Bulk order discounts available for 5 or more baskets ordered at a time

(Bridal Party, Corporate Gifting, Events, Realtor Closing baskets etc.)

If you consider yourself influential in your social circle, network or on social media, contact us for an available Influencer program. promo code.

Why are there so many different baskets online?

Each basket you see pictured is an example of a previous order to get your creative juices going. Every basket is custom curated for you and your giftee. You can add notes to any order for your ideas and our designers will do their best to bring your vision to life. Unless made for a bulk or corporate gift order, no two baskets are alike.

What is your return policy?

All baskets are final sale and non refundable. Should an item arrive damaged, please email us a photo along with your order information for replacement. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach our customer care team via email and we will do our best to make it right. info@basketbowtiquemi.com

Where Is My Order?

For shipped orders: You will receive a fulfillment email with tracking information once your basket has shipped. If your basket says it is delivered, but not received, please contact the shipping provider and email us at info@basketbowtiquemi.com. Basket Bowtique is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Hand Delivered Orders: You will receive an email with delivery confirmation along with a photo of your delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivery has been made. Packages will be left unattended if there is no answer at the door.
